Stephen D Potter FCA EWI
Steve has been a
principal since 1987 but originally joined Carter Nicholls in 1975 and
trained as a Chartered Accountant which he qualified as an Associate of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1983. In 1998 he became a
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts.
Particular areas of
expertise include Tax Efficient Remuneration Planning, Acquisitions and
Mergers, Information Systems and Corporate Finance.
Sarah E Bestley BSc ACA
Sarah has been with
Carter Nicholls since 1987 and is our in house tax specialist. She is
also a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and has been since 1992. Her
interests include Genealogy, which has been of great benefit to some of
our clients.
Janet Chilvers
Carter Nicholls has had
the pleasure of Janet's experience for over 8 years now and she is the
Financial Controller for our organisation. Other responsibilities
include Payroll of which Janet has built a very good reputation with our
clients.
Steven Stroud
Steve joined Carter Nicholls as a trainee in June 2002
and is currently undertaking his studies. Some of his responsibilities
include bookkeeping and payroll for clients, plus the preparation of
accounts. Steve is also responsible for all of our IT and communication,
and has an affluent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Suzanne Ing
Suzanne joined Carter Nicholls on a part time basis in
2004 and has a lot of experience with Sage, bookkeeping and payroll.
Suzanne is an expert in the use of Sage and will be concentrating on the
self employed accounts.
